Shipping Methods:

We offer several different shipping methods for items ordered through our online shop. The available shipping methods vary in accordance to the weight, size, and destination address, and are selectable through the checkout pages. To delivery addresses in Canada we offer Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator services. Destination addresses in the US we offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx services. All international orders will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Times:

Items will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of full payment including all shipping and handling charges. Please note that delivery can take longer in an event of item unavailability or courier issues, if this becomes reality we will notify you through an e-mail. You are also welcomed to write to us soliciting a shipping status. If we are not able to fulfil your paid order we will contact you to offer a refund.

Estimated time of arrival ETA is based on past shipments to the mentioned areas using normal work weeks Monday through Friday. ETA is not a not a guaranteed time but just an estimate.

International Shipping:

YelapaPalapa is able to ship to most countries around the World. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout time by entering a destination address and selecting a country. International shipments will be handled exclusively by USPS and whenever possible a USPS confirmation/tracing/tracking identification code will be generated. Not all additional services such as insurance, detail tracking, confirmation of delivery, and registered package service are available to international orders. Whenever special services are available they will be visible on the checkout pages for you to select, we will not accept special requests through mail or phone.

YelapaPalapa is not responsible for duties incurred in the importation of items to the destination country. Customers must check with local customs agents to determine what fees will be levied on the item being imported. All packages will be clearly labelled with full description of goods and price of item, no special requests are accepted.

Shipments to USA and Canada will have all import duties paid and no additional import fees will be charged.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses:

Items returned to our offices due to incorrect or incomplete address will incur in a handling fee of $15 in addition to any applicable courier fees. Before placing your order, make sure your delivery address is on the couriers route, and that there will be someone available to accept the package. Refused, returned, and unclaimed packages will incur in a $25 processing fee.

By placing your order though our online system you are:

1.- Declaring that you are of legal age in accordance to the laws in your current municipality.
2.- Declaring that you have full mental capacity to make decisions.
3.- Declaring to have fully read and understood item description, shipping costs, and all policies.
3.- Accepting without any conditions the item, sales, shipping, returns, and privacy policies.
