When purchasing a YelapaPalapa product we are including a total satisfaction guarantee where we promise to do everything possible to make your transaction a happy one. We like it when customers write to us thanking us for the great product and service they received from us, and we also like it when our customers recommend us to their friends and colleagues.
Although returns procedure is fairly simple and straight forward, and most of the time our customers receive their credit without a hitch, it’s still recommended that you read our returns policy thoroughly.

Items may be return for refund or exchange up to 15 days of receipt by meeting the following conditions:

Items that are being returned for refund, due to dissatisfaction, must be in original condition with no evidence of use or breakage. Item must be repackaged in corrugated cardboard box and sealed closed to prevent dust from soiling product.
Items that are being returned for exchange or refund, due to being defective or other quality issues, must be accompanied with a note stating the provided returns number and a description indicating the area of defect or quality issue. Item must be repackaged in corrugated cardboard box and sealed closed to prevent dust from soiling product.
Return postage must be fully paid by customer and not COD or postage due.
Once the item has been receive and inspected we will respond with an e-mail informing you about the status of the process.
Important:
Our policy for returns for refund is to reimburse the total price paid for the item less shipping costs. Shipping costs are only refundable when there was an error from our side and we shipped the incorrect product.
Credit will be issued in the same form as the payment was made, with exception to money orders and bank transfers (including e-mail payments), these will be credited via a cheque.
Other restrictions and considerations:
Custom work and special requests may not be returned.
Refunds or exchanges will not be considered for items that are altered, damaged, or destroyed purposely.
Orders of 3 or more of the same type of item may not be returned for refund. If you are planning on buying a large quantity of the same item, we suggest you just buy one first to determine if it’s the correct item for you.
Gift and other special packaging costs are not refundable.
YelapaPalapa will not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or destroyed by the courier during the returns process; we recommend that you buy insurance and tracing information.
We reserve all rights to approve and disapprove returns based on our criteria.
